Once upon a time, there was a boy who had a broad range of interests. He enjoyed drawing, painting, reading, and telling stories. He liked puzzles. He was also curious.
"Where does the sun go at night?"
"What happens if I do this?" (Whoops.)
"Why do people do that?"
"Why?"
"Why?"
He learned a lot by asking "why".
John was most curious about people, so he got a degree in psychology. He got satisfaction and fulfillment from helping people, so he got a job in sales. Sales was fun, but he wanted to explore his creative side as well. Where can he use his interest in people, puzzles, and pictures? He searched high and low, and finally, he found the field of user experience...
UX design is the sweet spot where user desires meet business objectives. It's about finding that perfect balance where both sides are satisfied, creating experiences that fulfill user needs while driving meaningful results for the organization. My background in sales and marketing gives me unique insights into anticipating friction points and finding solutions that align with each perspective. I'm a digital detective investigating the "why" behind the invisible forces that shape our world.
Outside of work, I am a huge live music fan who is always listening to and sharing new songs and artists. I like to purchase books faster than I can read them📚, learning photography 📷, and eating breakfast burritos 🌯.
